Conference Accommodation
The main conference venue is the Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa. Accommodation is both available in the Apex City Quay Hotel and in other local establishments.
We have secured conference rates with a number of places and they are as follows:
- Apex City Quay Hotel - Single £80, Double £90
- Queens Hotel - Single £61, Double £81
Booking Accommodation
Online accommodation booking is now available. Please note that this is a 3rd party web site and we know it has some accessibility issues. They are unable to rectify these before our conference but are planning to do so in the future. Should you encounter any difficulties with the online booking system, then we have a booking form which can be emailed, posted or faxed to us and we will process it for you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Alternative Accommodation
Alternatively, there is a Travel Inn within walking distance of the Apex Hotel which offers rooms at £52.95 (Mon-Thurs) and £49.95 (Fri-Sun) per room per night. Accommodation with the Travel Inn needs to be booked directly using Travel Inn online booking.
