Submission Deadline: 12th April 2005 Acceptance Notification: 24th May 2005 Papers should present significant contributions to research, development and practice in the field of accessible design in the digital world. The programme committee is looking for papers, covering all aspects of accessible design in the digital world that may cover topic(s) falling into at least one of the following broad areas:
Submission ProcedurePapers should present original reports of new work. They should be written in English and presented in the following format:
Paper submissions must be sent by 5pm your local time on 12th April 2005. Submissions arriving after the deadline will not be considered. Electronic submission process for Papers now available. Review ProcessSubmission will be peer reviewed by at least three reviewers from the programme committee. Papers will be evaluated based on their relevance to the conference, their originality, the significance of their contribution and clarity of the writing. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Confidentiality of SubmissionsConfidentiality of submissions is maintained during the review process. All rejected submissions will be kept confidential in perpetuity. All submitted materials for accepted submissions will be kept confidential until the start of the conference, 23rd August 2005. Submissions should contain no information or materials that are proprietary at publication time. NotificationAuthors will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email on or before 24th May 2005. Submitting Final PaperSuccessful authors will need to submit a final and non-anonymous version of their paper on or before 21st June 2005. The paper chair will confirm this upon acceptance.
