Submission Deadline: 24th May 2005 Acceptance Notification: 21st June 2005 Posters should present late-breaking work or promising work in progress that is not quite ready to be presented as a full paper. The programme committee is looking for posters, covering all aspects of accessible design in the digital world that may cover topic(s) falling into at least one of the following broad areas:
Submission ProcedurePosters should present original reports of new work. They should be written in English and presented in the following format:
Poster submissions must be sent by 5pm your local time on 24th May 2005. Submissions arriving after the deadline will not be considered. Please submit your poster electronically by emailing it to smilne@computing.dundee.ac.uk AND lgibson@computing.dundee.ac.uk. Ensure that the subject line for the email is "Conference Poster". Review ProcessSubmission will be peer reviewed by at least three reviewers from the programme committee. Poster abstracts will be evaluated based on their relevance to the conference, their originality, the significance of their contribution and clarity of the writing. Accepted posters will be published in the conference proceedings. Confidentiality of SubmissionsConfidentiality of submissions is maintained during the review process. All rejected submissions will be kept confidential in perpetuity. All submitted materials for accepted submissions will be kept confidential until the start of the conference, 23rd August 2005. Submissions should contain no information or materials that are proprietary at publication time. NotificationAuthors will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email on or before 21st June 2005. Submitting Final Poster AbstractSuccessful authors will need to submit a final and non-anonymous version of their poster submission on or before 5th July 2005.
